ShockRite SRM406 Mains Energiser, White Wire, & Lead Out Cable Kit
The ShockRite SRM406 Mains-Powered Energiser provides a 0.6J Shock. This is powerful enough for holding animals such as horses and sheep, or protecting from mink and foxes, for up to 3km of electric fencing.
This kit includes 25m Lead Out Cable, 200m White Electric Fence Wire and 25 Ring Insulators, in addition to the Earth Stake/Grounding Rod and Connection Cables that are included with the energiser.
The Lead-Out Cable is used to connect the mains-energiser to the fence, and the earth.

I live in a central urban area which is plagued by foxes which seem to take great pleasure in digging up newly planted flower beds and destroying the plants. Having had this happen several times previously and having used all the usual fox deterrents (sonic, lion poo etc etc) I fell upon the idea of using a temporary electric fence which felt a bit radical for an urban area! The kit supplied was all I needed (except I bought some additional plastic electric fence posts on Amazon for the boundary around the borders) and I set the fence up in minutes. It is very basic and no skills are required. An outside socket is necessary for the kit I bought. Since installation there has been very little evidence of fox activity in the garden since and all the plants in the flowerbeds are still all happily intact. After spending a lot on new plants – the extra cost for the electric fence has been totally worthwhile! Fabulous product thanks!
